Warranty Coverage

All products sold on ABEER AL SHOOQ come with a minimum 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Select products (screens, keyboards, batteries) carry up to 12 months warranty.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Premature component failure under normal use
  • Dead pixels (for screens — if more than 5 dead pixels)
  • Battery not holding charge from day of purchase

What's NOT Covered

  • Physical damage caused by the buyer
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage due to improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp/email with your Order Number
  2. Provide a description and video/photo of the defect
  3. Our team will review and approve within 24 hours
  4. Ship the item to us (we cover return shipping for valid claims)
  5. Replacement or repair will be dispatched within 5 business days

The warranty period begins from the date of delivery, as confirmed by our shipping partner's records.
